In COM 610, I drafted and formatted an essay exploring employee engagement.
Through assignments like these, I learned how to properly format essays. Completing smaller papers in the beginning allowed me to become really comfortable with citing APA style. Purdue OWL was by best friend for the duration of this program. There are many rules to follow so I learned to give myself grace when I needed to glance at this website after every other citation. All this practice prepped me to write my final thesis.
