In COM 616, I took a deep dive into health care communication ethics. Specifically, I focused on health and responsiveness for my digital presentation. I had a lot of fun with this project because I was able to apply the theory to one of my favorite TV shows, Grey’s Anatomy!
In addition, I wrote a blog post reflecting on ways that the communication ethics literacy showed up in my professional life at the time.
Through assignments like these, I learned that theories can be used to shed a light on issues that may exist in a personal or professional sense.
